Our college has blocked bit torrents and every other sharing program known to man. I was using them earlier and noticed that they have a feature for a proxy. I was wondering if this would help me get around the firewall. I have tried this but i don't know if my settings are correct or if the college has some way to block this as well. Wondering people .02 and what the settings for the firewall should be and the the torrent as well.

Thanks in advance
nik

you can't use a proxy to get through a firewall, a proxy is used for anonymity on the internet
