Are you wanting them to play, or is this just for storage?
If you want them to play, then you've got some work cut out for you:
You will have to extract the VIDEO_TS folders from the ISO's (I use winrar for this, isobuster is another program that could do it, there are others). Then you are going to have to "reauthor" the dvd files into a "compilation" in a single VIDEO_TS folder. You could use something as simple as dvd shrink (go to www.dvdshrink.info and view the tutorial on "compilations") or use some kind of dvd authoring software (like NeroVision Express, just to name one I happen to have and use from time to time).
Edit: I've assumed that the ISO's are images of dvd formatted folders. If not, then it will be even more complicated.

You didn't understand the tutorial at www.dvdshrink.info? Or do I need to post the exact link for you?

Maybe using DOS you might be able to do it. Here's what I found on a PS2 game that someone had to recreate:
click on the windows start button and click run
type cmd and hit enter
The MS-DOS screen should appear
type cd c:\
you can copy and paste it if you like
that should bring you to
C:\>
at this point either type or copy and paste
copy /b shell.000 + shell.001 + shell.002 shell.iso
please note thAt you can only paste this into MS-DOS if you named your files are shell 000 shell 001 etc.
if they are named something else type that in place of shell.
hit enter
at this point you should see
shell.000
after a few minutes
shell.000
shell.001
then after a few more
shell.000
shell.001
shell.002
then it will say after completion
1 file copied
Should be pretty easy. Just remember to get the file names right.

i havent burned one yet so i dont know how it will come out but i probably think its gonna have some other menus and stuff hopefully with both movies

hi
dvd shrink will allow to place 2 main movies on, but one will play after end of last one, to get to second movie you will have to fast forward...
tmpgenc dvd author is an easy basic chapter / menu maker, handy for 2 movie disc setup, put your own pictures or from clips of movie for chapter links
then if it come out to big use DVD Shrink or dvd2one
