I insert the movie "SAW" into my dvd burner open dvd shrink, click on open disc. Then it comes up saying no disc found does this mean that the movie is scratched and the burner can't read the info from the disc or is it another problem i have burnt alot of movies and this is the only one that has given me this problem. THANKS

Try playing the movie for a few seconds with your player software. Then stop the playback and re-open Shrink and try again. That sometimes helps Shrink see the movie disc.

Glad to help. Shrink gets picky at times and that little trick usually helps.
