VobRator crashes when opening vob

Just reinstalled my system and need vobrator so i start it up and opened the vob i need and error message appears. it used to do this before sometimes but after atleast listing some of the Vib Id's ...

i tried it before i installed Powerdvd and it worked fine (couldn't view the video eliments but it opened the vob ok) now its screwed. i tried getting rid of all trace of powerdvd and it still doesn't work.. Anyone have any ideas ??
