I live in canada, subscribed to Safe Share, paid by Visa,. It quit working, I have emailed nothing, guess next step is to call... more exspense. It would either lock up, or not download. Think I got about 6 songs.
I'm not a happy camper. Has anyone heard back from them, or have an email addy?

No I have windows ME. and I did try support, no answer.
Money wasted. My husband teaches unigraphics & design, had a computer since 1973. Thanks for the info
