Hi. I know theres a lot of these types of threads and i looked through a lot of them and they didnt seem to help even though the problems looked similar to mine. I use Windows XP and i have a pretty fast computer. I have an Emprex 8x dvd burner and i use sony dvd-r media. I use nero 6.6.0.8 express and i keep getting burn process failed errors when i am trying to burn .avi files. I have read that sony media is a pretty trusted brand so i dont think thats the problem. I first tried burning at 4x but i kept getting errors and when i read through some forums i tried slowing it down and burned at 2x but i still got the same error. This is a log of it:

Hi. Thanks for the info. However, i was wondering how to untick the Write ISO9660. Is it a Nero option? Because i recently updated Nero to the newest version and my Nero burning rom disappeared so ive been using Nero express now.

I reinstalled my Nero and i found the ISO9660 but there are several places where it talks about the ISO 9660. It first appears where it says to choose the file system. The options are ISO 9660 + Joliet, ISO 9660 Only, and ISO 9660:1999. It also appears where it says Character set(ISO) and the options are ISO 9660(standard ISO CD-ROM), DOS, and ASCII. The last place it appears is where it says "Do not add the ';1' ISO file version extension" which sounds the most like what youre talking about but its not checked. Am i supposed to check it?
