Problem Re-Installing XP on HP Vectra VL 420

I am trying to re-install XP on my HP Vectra VL 420 that I recently changed the PSU and HDD, the PSU is the exact part number replacement from HP. Each time the re-install get stucked at "setup inspecting your hardware configuration" at this stage it re-boots and proceed to same stage over and over again.

Try re-seating the RAM, you may have disturbed it during the re-build
