Problems Burning DVD w/DVD xcopy Need help

I'm using dvd X Copy Platinum and having problem burning to a DVD. I can read the DVD just fine but when it tells me to put blank DVD in I do that. It says "burning to dick" it last for about 10 seconds and the says finilzing and spits out the dick. I a"m running version 4.0.3 and have windows XP. It also gives me an error message telling me to check my log files. Can you help me I'm a new user to DVD X Copy.

try deleting then reinstall.better yet go to dvdxcopyinternational.com

Install an aspi layer. Future questions use the XCopy forum.
