Rebuilder - audio not matching up with video?

has anybody had this problem of the audio and the video not matching up - its off by half a second or so. its just like what happens to cable tv on occasion. jaw moves a little after the audio plays. been using rebuilder for a few weeks now and i am just now encountering this (Law and Order season 2 is the movie btw). any thoughts or suggestions? thanks!

ok well its obviously not the DVD itself. the only thing that is touching it is DVD Rebuilder - is it possible that its not handling these particular files correctly (causing the lag in video to audio)??

also, why would it only be on certain movies and not all?
