How do you create menu(s) for DVD ?

Okay, so now that I have created a new DVD from a bunch of vobs file I ripped from different music DVDs, and they play perfectly on my DVdplayers. So now I want to create Menu screen for the "customized DVD"!!! Anyone familiar with this DVD Menu thing? Especially Sublime77 and Framerman, you guys sound to be experts, any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated!!!!
