Hey anyone have an activation file for 321 studios DVD XCOPY?

A buddy of mine wants to use DVD XCOPY in Saudia Arabia (hes in military) but he needs an activation file anyone have a way to get one? Its the regular DVD xcopy. Thanks for helping a soldier at the front!

tell him to pay for it like everyone else, and then tell him he shouldnt waste his money coz there are a heap of better programs available for free, then tell him that asking for activation codes is a No No

megabyte2, advise him to download DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter which are both free. Decrypter can do the newer movies that X copy can't. If he can't download them, you can send them to him. Each program will fit on a floppy disc.

He bought it off ebay, and hey he and his buddies are used to DVD xcopy what can I say hes stubborn go figure hes in the military. I agree shrink and decrypter are better but hes computer illiterate and doesnt want to try new things. Just trying to help him out, can anyone help? Or does the platinum activation file work for DVD xcopy regular? Hmmm any thoughts?

X Copy products need activated either on line or by phone. In either case even if you have the activation numbers from the original dvd it has to match the original purchasers e-mail address and information or it won't go through. As you know the company was shut down so there isn't much support for the X Copy products. There is some support but you need to try the X Copy forum at this link.

I really don't think a copy off Ebay can be activated properly.

Hmmm, I dont remember having too much trouble when my platinum got messed up and I had to reinstall it someone here gave me an activation file. It worked fine from then on.

Bullcrap. The activationfile.reg is time sensitive. It will not work after time.

Jerry's right. You will not be able to activate it. XCopy International is the only one who can get you more activations, and they will only honor purchased made from 321Studios. But hey, you can always try :)

Well they'll have to once they find out they cannot activate XCopy (throught the normal means).

To all who have or want DVD X COPY GOLD 3.02, when 321 studios closed down, I managed to get my hands on a copy used by the company, it has unlimited downloads, as it requires no I.D number or Passowrd.
It came with instructions for staff, to put it into main servers. If anyone interested please conatct me soon, as I'm going off line in about a week.

I would love to have a copy. I bought the DVD XCOPY Gold and my computer crashed and could not get it loaded onto new computer even though I had license, etc. thanks alot!

downloading and activating is two different things. I can give you links to download it as much as you want, but will you be able to activate? NO.

I bought x copy platinum about a year ago, maybe a little longer. Anyways, I have successfully activated it on 4 computers in 3 different houses without a problem. But here's something weird. I have a USB jump-drive and I had the X Copy install files on that. I also had the original install CD. After they started making that RF garbage, my CD became the RF version but my jump-drive still had the non-RF version.

if you want it i can send you the instructions to activate the dvdxcopy programs just PM me. but i agree with everyone else use the free programs they work better. plus with dvdxcopy you will need something like AnyDVD to do any of the newer movies and that isnt free either.

I would like to know how to activate the xcopy also, I have platinum and express I bought some time ago. My system crashed and I lost everything that wasn't backed up and can't activate evem with the correct numbers

Interesting, I posted this thread a while ago and since my friend has come back from the middle east. I dont know about the 321 activation file being time sensitive I have gotten it to work many times and its about 2 years old.
