sideman,

did you buy it from the original 321 Studios? If ya did, keep sending in tickets and let them know you did buy from 321 Studios .. make sure you give them your license and password and if you can remember the date of purchase.

They were suppose to honor purchases before February of 2005.

Selling products or services do not belong in the forums. Let's not do it again.

*peeks in,

Hi all the easiest way is to simply buy the latest version. I gave them the info to verify my purchase and once I paid I d/l the software and license. I'm a firm believer in not using cracked software too long as the updates are not always available. Just my opinion but if you like a program pay for it and no worries of trojans and hidden viruses which occasionally slip thru peer2peer sites.

to burn or not to burn that is the question

I DO NOT have a pirated copy - I have my orginal disc, and paper work, I have it about 3yrs and no problem, then I got a virus and had to wipe the HD clean. I re-installed my DVD Express and it told me I used all my activations, So I went to DVD International and they reset them for me.. But that did not work, then they came back and told me that DVD X Copy closed some of the Id's and they cannot reactivate them, but they would sell me another copy for $85.00. Forget it.. Went and bought DVD CLONE & AnyDVD.
