When I download any thing it just says

upload 0kb per second, download okb per second.

and will not start downloading. 0.0percent all the time. Enabled in mcafee firewall

do you have a router?
Which client are you using
what port/s does the client say its using?
what is your upload rate
what is the capacity (speed) of your internet connection?
