**New Version of Mobile Phonetools Released (3.23)!**

Version 3.23 of Mobile Phonetools has been released by BVRP & Motorola.

Start up your Liveupdate and download the goods!!
Let's see what's broken in this version.

*The download seemed slower than usual, and the install asked me to reboot twice!!

List of changes I've noticed so far
----------------------------------------------------
1. When starting the program, if your phone is already set up, the phone skin fades into view.
2. The ability to rename pics and ringtones from within mobile explorer by right-clicking on them (FINALLY!)
3. New skins added (v815, v975, v1050)
