Problem with RIFF-WAV MP3s

Hi to every reader.

The problem is:
When I encode a file to MP3 with RIFF-WAV header (with CDex), and integrate it in an AVI file, I have problems reading audio data from an AVI file. This happens ONLY when MP3 bitrate is 256 or 320kbit/s (I can't be any higher anyway). I've tested this.

The problem manifest like this:
When start playing AVI file, video is fine, but audio playing doesn't start. Only if I seek the file anywhere, the audio resumes normally.

The problem is definitely with RIFF and bitrate, because it doensn't depent on player, song or anything else.
