I am using a few different kinds actually. The ones I use the most are Ritek G04's (before they went south), Memorex DVD+RW (these I know are ok because I have used the same 3 RW discs for over a year now, probably have gone through about 50-100 burns on each), and some Sonic DVD-R. Don't really know anything else about the Sonics, but I've gone through about 50 already and haven't had a problem yet.
Kinda weird, it did the Matrix just fine, but everything else was a little quirky at the least.
One thing, I tried to burn using DVD Copy 3 and it won't let me. Is this because it's a trial version? I was using Sonic RecordNow DX (bundled with the burner) but I have used that for quite some time now without any difficulties. Everything I burn that was ripped with Shrink works fine. I'm definitely still willing to consider this program if I can get it working properly.
Also, Wild77, if you have any advice on the CCE thing, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all

It appears that that EnLCCE only works with CCE SP, and I am using CCE Basic (unless I missed something).
Also, I am using CCE Basic Trial ver. 2.69.01.10, it also says SDK ver. 2.69 CCE Trial.

CCE Basic trial will only encode 3 min of vidio per segment anyway. Try downloading the CCE SP trial.
squizzle I had problems with the trial version too but when I bought the full version of CCE Basic and downloaded the right version of AviSynth (I had 2.0) I have had no problems with amazing results. Puts other encoders (especially DVD Shrink to shame).
You have to be patient as it is not as fast as some others, but good things come to those who wait.

OK, I will try CCE SP. As far as waiting, that doesn't bother me. As far as taking a while, that doesn't really bother me. I was looking at encoding times of up to 5 hours before using DVD Shrink on my crappy laptop. Now I have built my tower, much faster, so I am sure that even though this process takes longer it won't be THAT long.

I just ran a 7.2 gig file through Rebuilder using 2 passes and it took a little under 2 hours.

Just did the Matrix with CCE SP trial and rebuilder. Came out AWESOME! Took about 3 hours not including ripping and burning, but that's ok. Much better setup than everything else I've seen out there.
The only thing I didn't really like was the Cinema Craft Encoder logo that appeared in the movie. I hope that only shows up because it's the trial version. Also I hope that Basic will come out with the same quality that SP did.
Didn't do too well with the special features though. They came out looking like crap, but I don't really care about them too much.

Boy!!! It's amazing what 4.6.1.2 UPDATE encompasses.
I would never have guessed it included all these programs.

Yeah, once you get everything set up in rebuilder, operating is really pretty simple and basic. The time doesn't bother me either when you consider shrink takes longer with the quality settings and RB/CCE's quality is far superior.
