pioneer 108 16x speed??

hi,need the firmware so my pioneer 108 burner can burn at 16x,,,& will i still be able to use 1x,2x,4x,8x,12x speed disks after downloading this software???

It lists the speeds for max burn for the pioneer 108,but I didn't see anything about the lower increments of burning speeds for those brands of media it listed.
