i tried using Any Dvd and Dvd Shrink and it would'nt even analysis only got part way, got an error on the wide screen side so tried it on the fuul screen side and made it through analysis but errered in the back up on dvd shrink. any advice?

that's not enough for anyone to go on, however i would suggest noting down your errors and searching for them thru the search feature above. More often than not it will be something really simple. Then if you need some nore help, pop back, but with more than a speck of detail! . Good luck :)
