Hey board,

I was wondering what software I could use to record a voice over an mp3? Would I need a karoke type program?

Record voice over an Mp3? Do you mean that you want to add your own vocals to an instamental that is in Mp3 format? If I'm understanding you correctly then I would recommend KRISTAL. IT will do everything that you want. The only thing is that you will need to convert your Mp3 to a Wave file. Also exporting your project to a Wave and then converting to Mp3 would be the best thing to do to maintain your sound quality. If you don't have an Mp3-Wave encoder check-out dBpowerAMP (dMC) v10.
