Hey phuc,

Try this...

Start>My Computer>"right click on that drive">go to the Hardware Tab>"left click on the drive in the menu that you need">Click Properties>Click the Driver Tab>and then go to Driver Update.

That should be all you need...if it doesn't work, it means that you have the current drivers associated with it.

windows uses it's own driver so can't update it. why do you want to update it??

look this is what it show and said

(the software you are installing has not passes window logo testing to verify its compatibility with window xp.

this software will not be installed. contact your system administrator.)

that is the part i dot not get it happen everytime i tried to install something and please help out how to fix it.

Um...are you installing this stuff on a network system or is this your OWN personal computer?

Cause if it is, you shouldn't getting a System Administrator warning like that.

Ok...Ok...Now we are getting somewhere...

Are you trying to install it through the game or though Microsoft's website?

Try this...

This is DirectX 9.0c

after that, get this...

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=77960733-06e9-47ba-914a-844575031b81&displaylang=en

This is the SDK update, came out in February, this year, as you can see.

Next, restart the computer and then do this:

Start>Run>type "dxdiag">click "OK"

Run all the DirectX Test to make sure everything is working properly.

After all that...install the game and it should be fine.

it work thank and now i need help about my laptop i have a sony void and for some reason the power is on and it runnig but the sreen stay black nothing show up please help.
