I was just attempting to backup my copy of Bourne Supremecy and I'm having issues. I ran it through DVD shrink and as it was previewing the disc it froze up then gave me an error about half way. (OK so Ive had this prob before and had to run it through Decryptor first) A problem occured while doing this and yes I have the newest version updated it yesterday. I ran it through and instea of getting the normal Video_TS file in the folder I got an ISO. The iso is too big to burn and shrink doesnt deal with ISO's. So Im stuck, where do I go and what do I try from here, didnt expect to have so much trouble on this one. I need to shrink this baby down.

in shrink go to file>open disc image then it will let you choose the iso image

If you select 'File' Mode in DVD Decrypter, then you would rip the correct files.

It sounds like you ripped it in ISO mode.
