Good DVD9 to DVD5 program OTHER THEN NERO

I have used nero recode for a while and realizeing is not really good, i only like it because it is quick and the quilty is OK... but now i want a program that CAN GIVE THE BEST QUALITY, time is to encode is not a problem, can pro tell me a good one thx

DVD Shrink
ITs listed here as 1 of the main downloads and is freeware, very simple to use and they have a manual to download as well, over 1000 burns and no problems yet

Shrink would do you no better than Recode in fact Recode is probably better at quality than Shrink. Besides both programs are designed and written by the same person...

If you looking for the absolute best then you need to go with Cinema Craft Encoder. It is a little difficult to use but once you have it set up and working it is by far the best. CCE basic is 58$ If you really want go all out CCE/SP is around 1,900.00$..

Now if your looking for a fast and easy to use proggy that produces very good quality (close to CCE) then DVDCopy3 is what you are looking for.. 79.00$

If you are going to try out CinemaCraft Encoder download the latest SP trial version and DVD Rebuilder by jdobbs.Get the version with the installer it will make the set up much easier!You can purchase the Basic version of CCE after using the trial of SP and Rebuilder you won't be disappointed!

Take a try at CloneDVD 2. Its a very easy and fast program to use.

As already mentioned, cannot go past DVDRB/CCE combination. When compression starts to get into the mid 50% most transcoders are extended. This is where
DVDRB/CCE comes on strong.
