Problem with MOBO help me ASAO plz

i was cleaing CMOS using the jumper after i restart my computer it wouldnt go into bios or anything , no beep and the screen is blank

i have a Asus P4C-800-E Deluxe

Does anyone have a idea on how to fix it?

disconnect the external powercord from the case than use the cmos jumper to clear the cmos. check in motherboard manual to that the jumper is in normal position when you turn on the computer & not the clear position as that is a no no!!
