I am looking for an external DVD-RAM burner, mostly for backups, USB. I could settle for DVD+/-RW I guess, but I thought the RAM cartridges would be convienient. I have searched for days...but I am still undecided.

I'm considering the Fantom burner http://www.fantomdrives.com/products/dvd/ramrw.php4 or just going with a Plexor 716A.

Can anyone provide some suggestions? Hints?
