hi i just wanted to know if anybody can help me
I use bitcomet 2 download ps2 games. I have a 512 kbps
internet connection but when i am downloading stuff my download rate is usually 0 kb/s. This is very frustrating. Can anybody tell me if there is a way 2 increase the speed or why it is like this.
