After Carter left office, he has done HUGE things benefitting human rights. While in office, he mainly masturbated.
He is a much better ex-president than he ever was as president.
As for this admin? Well, mixed bag. However, it has enabled more repressed peoples to vote to control some semblance of their own destinies than any president since.....Bush 1 (when the USSR fell).

Anyways...I would highly advise you to post a question regarding the forum that you are in, or put your nice little suggestive comment in the appropriate forum, such as "SAFETY VALVE."
