dvd x copy "back-ups" are gliching, using SONY DRU-500

dvd back-ups are glichng in the last part of the movie. Using TDK dvd-r media. I would appreciate any feedback if anyone else is having the same problem or if anyone knows a way to fix it. AMD 2400+, 1.25GB ddr, 160GB wd 8MB cache.

sorry but everything's working fine over here, your problem only occured once and I've made around 25 copies already. Is it only with a specific movie or with every movie you try to copy?

If so, have you installed the drivers that come with DVDXCOPY? Is your drive almost full or to much fragmented?

Otherwise try a complete clean-up of DVDXCOPY (including regcleaner) and a new install.

Yeah, the problem was my friends dvd player. I told him it was a piece of junk and to get a new one. Thanks for the reply. If you are looking for a good deal on dvd-r's, go to PCClub.com or a nearby store, they got a 50 pack for 39.99+tax. I haven't had any problems using'em. Burn ON!!
