Playback problem - audio fine, video stutters

i downloaded a dvd from www.easytree.org

This was a compilation of the band keane live. The whole dvd plays fine except for their performance at T in the park. it has 5 chapters, and only the last chapter works. The audio is fine, but the video stutters and jumps. Whats more is, this happened to someone else aswell. In both our cases it plays fine on the computer though.

I burned it using nero 6

Any ideas?

p.s a while ago i downloaded a different compilation dvd from a different band, and in that dvd the same happened. it all worked except for T in the park. Once again, one song did work. Could it be the authoring, the burning, or the capturing at fault? These dvds were captured and authored by different people

p.p.s i guess a lot of people here are americans and wont know that T in the park is a music festival in scotland..

yeh, but the rest of the dvd works, and the other guy had exactly the same problem as me... im using this media:
