Just purchased dvd burner, got nero and and also dvd decoder. I haven't found a dvd yet that has under 4.7GB? Do they exist? How can I now Copy a DVD??? I presume that every single time I want to backup a dvd I need to split it into two? Anyone know the best way to do this?

dvd 5 are always under 4.7 gigs.

the other way is to split your movie in 2 (dvdxcopy do it)
or you can remove menus extras languages or subtitles.

they are many guides on the net to explain how to do

http://www.doom9.org/

this is very intersting too

Alot of the older movies that don't have 5.1 sound, picture quality and extras are on single layer discs. You can Strip all these out and generally get a 90 min. movie on 1 disc. I prefer to keep most and use 2 discs.
