Converting an ISO file to a stand alone watchable file...

I have been given the task of fixing a friends home video to play on a stand alone DVD player. I have it as an ISO file on a DVD disk. It plays fine on the computer, unfortunately my friend's computer isn't very up to date. What do I use to convert it? I tried usind the DVD decryptor to write ISO, but I get an error. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you run the ISO through DVD Shrink? Have you tried to break it up using ISO Buster? I think the ISO might not actually be DVD format.
