does the FSB of the motherboard have to be the same as the cpu FSB?

Yes, Say you have a Motherboard with a 400fsb then you will only be able to use cpus with a bus speed of 400.

Yes, agreeing with P4_tt; the other way of saying it is that the processor you buy for your mobo must be compatible with the socket type and front side side:

ie:

my motherboard accepts Intel P4 processors up to 3.6 Ghz using socket 478/chipset I875P and an 800 Mhz front side bus.

you posted an 8x agp videocard but motherboard has pci/e-16 slot no agp slot so need different videocard
