ok i have heared from some people that bittorents users are 100% more likey not to be caught then the avrege p2p user can some one verify that to.

Anybody you are sharing with can see your IP number. So no, they aren't any safer.

could i use peer gaurdian or somthing? will that slow my downloads down peer gaurdian did slow my downloads but what about peer gaurdian 2

When you are thinking about getting caught think this: how many people will be able to see what you are sharing ? If you use a public p2p system then the answer could be seen as "everybody". That's potentially a huge amount of people including also your favourite p2p enemies.

PG2 has improved immensely. Nowdays there's no CPU use impact and I have never experienced any downloads getting slower (same issue with pervious versions). Remember that PG's block lists are not perfect so as long as you are sharing there is always a risk. Use PG and a non-public p2p system and the risk is smaller.
