im trying to foward my port in my router i have a motorola SBV4200 and i dont know how to do it... i have tried putting my ip adress in my internet connection which is 67.87.48.1 and it says the page cannot be display can someone how to foward my ports plz...

i went to http://www.portforward.com and it does not have my motorola SBV4200 router in the router section is there another way to do this help....
