Mobile Phone Tools and V60s

I've installed Mobile Phone Tools and it finds my Motorola V60s.

The everything seems to work fine except there is no access to the ringtones. Option is grayed out on menu. I guess this means this phone is not capable of installing ringtones thru usb cable???

I've looked everywhere for answer. Thanks

What's a good upgrade to this phone. I've had good luck with Motorola's, I need a phone with good speakerphone, like the v60.
