ok i got a new pc and i removed my router for the time disconected my modem and hooked it back up proparley, disabled my firwall, and am still having slow bt rates my isp ishude a notice on the 5th of april saying that there speeds will go up by 5mb abd and told me what to do to get fast speeds and now i am still having problems can some 1 help i thought it was my isp but now they have started saying stuff about download speeds increasing. sorry about the spelling and grammer.
