does anyone know any web-sites to go on to download free movies ( downloads in the windows dialog box )

Well you need to find a good Torrent site.

But first you need to download a bit torrent client. I recommend Azureus.

My fav Torrent sites are:

A good site to find out what torrents are available on those sites is:
