As a first my congratulations to this fantastic board that I've just found. :)

Hope it's not too unpolite to appear aboard with a question as a first post. :)

Maybe I'm a dumbass, but however, I can't get the external audio sources that are recommended at the advanced TMPGenc guide (toolame, lame, ssrc) to run. As adviced in the guide, I created a folder at my HD and extracted all files to it after downloading 'em and set my environmental settings to that location:

But I always get this message (for all 3):

Maybe one of you knows what I'm doing wrong or is familiar with this problem.
I run Win98SE and the full version of
