For the past week or so, when I first turn on my computer, it will always restart, usually right before the Windows XP logo comes up. Then it will restart and boot up normal. Other times, it will turn on and go to the Safe Mode screen. It boots up into safe mode fine. Some other times, this screen will come up. Does anyone know what to do? Ask if you need anymore info.
