Problems with burning when splitting and keeping menu on disc 1

I have no problems when splitting movie only and burning to 2 discs but when I split the movie and add all other files for the extra features I get a "DVD-Video files reallocation failed" message in Nero. All files are there including the _0.VOB files. I've tried to recreate ifo files and Get VTS Sectors with no luck. Is there a manual change that needs to be made in IfoEdit? Is there a trick to keeping the menu and features when splitting?

I've had the same problem with Nero (when using DVDdecrypter to rip). Nero kept giving me that error only on disc 1. I ignored the error and burned anyway. Both discs play fine.
