problem with BT.(shut down by itself) Please Help.

I use BitComet 0.57. My problem is when I use it and download for
one hour, it would disconnect my pc from internet, sometims, it would shut down or freeze. I am using WinXP SP2.
Cable modem -> router -> PC.

I also try other bt program (ABC). The program crash after I download for one hour also.

Does anyone have this problem and know how to solve it?

Please help, thanks..
