Download speeds problem! Please Help!

Ok,my download speed is usually 28-35 kb/s,and I use Azureus as my client.Yesterday I left the PC on during the morning while I was at school,downloading Haunting Ground.When I came back,an Internet connection problem happened and the PC restarted.Ok,so I started the download again,but it reaches only 10 kb/s with an average of 4 kb/s since that time! And the internet is now working fine,so its not an internet problem,it only happens with BT.And the downloads are all well seeded,but they reach really low speeds...

Help me please!

just posted it..fast one week..Granny speed the next
last week i did five files getting no less then 40kbps (50kbps a good speed). Now I would kill for 10kbps. I get an adverage of 5kbps

Im going to download a new Firewall. I have never downloaded one. I got one that I dont even know is there (it may not be there).

So if i download one of them (whick i should anyway) it may help.

Ill let u know my results
