I'm gettting a drive error backing up my copy of Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. My log details:

This is the only DVD it I am getting an error on and it is a clean DVD. Any help would grately be appreciated.

What's wrong with that? Hey, if you can survive it, why not. Besides it'll be a great story to tell your grandkids (when they're old enough of course).

But seriously, it looks like the drive doesn't even see the disc. Can you watch the movie from that drive? Try to play about 5 seconds of it using PowerDVD or WMP, then try to rip it.

running W2K P3 with AnyDVD and CloneDVD2.DVD will play fine in player, but can't be read from my Plextor PX-716A burner which is the D: drive. Again, I don't have any other problems with my drive reading and burning any other DVD's.

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried disabling AnyDVD? That helps some people.

I used DVD Decrypter in order to see if another program could read that DVD from my D:drive. I was able to decrypte, but now don't know what to do.

Now you use DVD Shrink. If you need help, check the bbmayo guide or scubapete guide in my sig. Or check the guides section at this site.
