HELP, NERO Record not working on psp

I'm using the nero record convert dvd to mp4 in my pc, but the last where u press burn, then the nero record has no respond, I pretty sure I do all the right step and I got the nero ultra-edition from retail.

thats weird it hasnt worked. Nero is one of the best converters. are u sure you have all the files selected with the right profile enabled.
