I have all the upgrades for it and also it recongzie my phone my op is a windows xp. When i go into the multimedia studio and then the one to transfer ringtones on my phone it shows up that there a problem and it has to be shut down. I also have Mobiledit. And when i connect to that and put the music on there. I check my phone and it wont play it. Then another time it says the file is corrupted and i'm soo tired of this..For the past 3 days i've been up past 3 trying to fix it and nothing is working. Can anyone please help me? I'd be forever gratefully. Thank you and God Bless

I think you having the problem with mpt because the files are too big. use multimedia studio to create smaller ringtone files , I make them less than a minute long and they upload and play just fine

Well the thing is mine is like 28 seconds long and i tried to use Mpt but it shuts down every time i go to it. And i can never upload them. It start fine but as soon as i go to multimedia it shuts down and i have all the updates for it already like 3. something u know. i restarted my cpu after every update it has gone through and yet nothing. And when i do upload it on mobiledit it either doesnt play or the file i s corrupted and i'm out of ideas of what to do. I'm not sure what to use to convert them b/c i've been using wavepad and i'm not sure what save the file as. I know it suppose to be a mp3 but yet when i do that it still doesnt work. thx for the suggestion but i can really use MPT if it keeps shutting down saying it has a error. Thanks for trying to help. Anymore ideas

No you don't understand start melody studio in multimedia studio and edit the mp3 down to less than a minute and install it in multimedia studio.
