oriphus...i see that u compared an p4 3.4....not even an extreme edition 4 that matter....is true that in some places amd seems faster but if u want 2 use ur machine 4 anything else u will regret going 4 an amd. plus this 64 bit story is more of a fairy-tale...no games runs better in 64 bits OS. actually they run slower to about 5-8%. plus i like the multithreading side of p4. i will b curious 2 c how it compares with the 3.8 one (extreme edition it would be nice). plus in this one i'm building now i use 1Gbx2 ram so even it will slag as cpu it should b ok 4 the moment.
64 bit a fairy tail? ROFLMAO! I'm already running the Windows XP Pro 64 Bit Edition O/S (OEM) and Windows Longhorn O/S coming soon. Many software companies have already provided 64 bit software and pc gaming soon on its way. Please provide valid proof (reliable links) before you post such nonsense again!

Proof that gaming runs faster on a AMD Athlon 64 bit CPU (PCI Express)

My link to Toms Hardware Guide was more than enough proof concerning your fairy tail nonsense post. The Asus nForce SLI mobo, running 2 PCI express VGA cards produces greater video quality. Applications running on a 64 bit O/S are determined by the CPU speed, speed of hd and speed of DDR-RAM primarily. If your trying to sell P4's your not doing a good job m8. I can vouch for the AMD Athlon 3200+ CPU and the new WinXP Pro 64 Bit O/S, you however can't :) Email those guys(the link you posted) and tell them to test on a socket 939 mobo with dual PCI and a P5ND2 SLI for a fair analysis. :)
