Hello there thank you for taking the time to read this, I'm really bad at this computer stuff, I have a 2 meg broadband connection and i cant get a download speed faster than 4 KB I've tried everything I can think of to speed it up, but anything i try just doesnt do anything, I tried downloading that bit tornado and speeds just as bad, I would really like some one to try explain it step by step on MSN or YAHOO or AIM, I'm not sure how I could repay you but you would always have my eternal thanks. I have a windows xp too,

u may have to open the ports on your firewall, what firewall are u using ?? also when using bit torrnado is the wee circle up in the corner going green ??

Try Removing the connector cable for a few minutes, then run any antivirus programs you have installed, you may find a few bad files comes up in cookie click on remove, disinfect or quarantined depending on what virus program you are running. If that fails then try uninstalling and reinstalling the program Good Luck
I really taught that would work, I receive lots of those complain every day on similar problems I am a technician. Did you talk to your isp provider? --what did they say? -- What os are you running? you might have to try reinstalling you os,Remember to back up all your important files, make sure you have all your program cds this should be your last result. Form your notes I am suspecting a spy ware or a virus, some virus hide themselves quite well

I dont think it has anything to with virus simpley because its always been this way, ive re installed windows more times than ive had hot dinners. My isp provider are not being very helpfull at all ive called them a number of times and they pritty much state that its my problem, I'm using windows xp pro, you can find me on aim as dwindales.
