How do I stop jpgs automatically resizing to fit my screen size?

would this be when your setting your desktop picture in explorer or in internet explorer or a similar web browser. because that would help a bit

If you are talking about Internet Explorer go to tools/internet options/advanced and uncheck the box "enable automatic image resizing".
