When I input my device in my USB PORT it does not reconize it. I'm getting an error message stating that there's not a device associate with it. What do I do from here?

Does this device come with an installation disk? What version of windows are you running?

No, it did not come an installation disk. I'm running windows 2000. I visited the Manufactures website to troubleshoot the problem. It gave me an option of downloading a Driver that will work the Mp3 player but, the drivers were for windows 98 and below. Odd
