My kids have been using WMP 9 to load compressed songs onto thier MP3 players. Suddenly, WMP doesn't recognize the MP3 player and therefore cannot download songs. Anyone help me with this. It is a DMG by MPIO. I already know it is not compatible with WMP 10, which is why I haven't updated.

MS have a complete set of codecs for WMP9 have you got them?
