Getting a read error to clean dvd HELP

Ive tried cleaning the dvd twice and the error still comes back about the read error..Im usind dvd Clone and Any dvd ..Is it my dvd burner , because i've had trouble with about every dvd Ive done (3) so far........HELP PLEASE

Are you using the newest versions of AnyDVD and CloneDVD2? If you have DVD Shrink you can try it and see if the disk will run through the analysis, or you can try to rip to your hardrive using DVD Decrypter, and then open CloneDVD2 to burn.

You may also have an original dvd that is pressed badly. This is becoming a common problem these days. If DVD Decrypter can't rip it then you may need to exchange it for another.
